Overview:  Hygrophila corymbosa ‘Compacta’ plant is a great addition to any freshwater planted aquarium because of its natural look. Hygrophila corymbosa ‘Compacta’ is an amphibious plant which means that it can be grown out of the water. The leaves would grow to be round and very dark in color if it is grown out of the water. The only maintenance needed for Hygrophila corymbosa ‘Compacta’ is regular trimming or pruning since it can easily shade its neighbors due to its 24” maximum size.
